Covid-19 update, spring 2021:
Thanks for your interest in my work. As of January 2021, I have received both stages of the Covid-19 vaccine, and continue to wear medical grade N95 masks while on assignment.
More information on Covid-19 risk management and my work in healthcare here.
That being said, thanks again for your interest! I have worked with hundreds of private clients, and my institutional work has been associated with:
Whether I’m capturing an industry awards program or witnessing an intimate wedding ceremony, I enjoy providing my clients with outstanding images and a friendly, attentive approach. Whether you are a communications professional, a newly-engaged couple or looking for technical consulting, I would be happy to speak with you about your big day, your major event, or the challenges you are facing with your current project.

When I’m not photographing events, I stay busy running the the Philadelphia Lens Library, a rental equipment service and consulting solution for Canon photographers in the mid-Atlantic area.
I also serve as the technical partner for a power line inspections company, ideating and optimizing rapid helicopter-based capture workflow and team-based image management workflow and dreaming u software solutions to address the needs of the project’s Fortune 500 customers.
I also consult for the Punta Laguna Archeology Project, an emerging and active Classic and Postclassic Mayan archeological excavation operated in conjunction with the Najil Tucha community cooperative, near Cobá, in the Yucatán peninsula.
When I’m not doing all of that, I enjoy making music with my friends at the Chestnut Street Singers, fixing up old motorcycles and spending time with family.
Prior to a career in photography, I worked in asylee/refugee-related immigration law at the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia, and in policy advocacy under former NAACP President Ben Jealous at Amnesty International and with Ralph Nader at the Center for Study of Responsive Law, in Washington, DC.

Maybe you should take a break and drink some coffee?
If you need to read something, I recommend XKCD’s amazing What If? series, and particularly Loneliest Human.
If you need music for your reading, it’s Brian Eno’s Music for Airports.
